Many of our most successful investments have been achieved by growing a business rather than simply stripping out costs. We are interested in companies with the potential to grow. Whether that means organic Growth or acquisition isn't important; what matters are ambition and the expertise to match. Either way we are keen to back our management teams with further capital to help them achieve their growth plans. Our track record of buy and build goes back over 10 years. We have made as many add-on acquisitions as original investments.
